LOCAL ORDERS 

We use Call Courier as our shipping partner within Pakistan. All orders placed on our website are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery times within Pakistan vary depending on the city and availability of the consignee. Usually orders are delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Please note: For all Cash on Delivery orders, you will need to pay the rider first before getting the shipment. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use DHL as our shipping partner for the rest of the world. We use DHL Express Worldwide for all orders. Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days worldwide. You can track your order via DHL's website https://www.logistics.dhl/pk-en/home/tracking.html or contact DHL office in your country. Please note, we only charge shipping fees from the customers. There might custom duties and taxes that are levied upon by the customs department of your country. These custom duties are the responsibility of the customer.
